The last one is from designer sweetpea*boutique04. I saw this garment in person and I have to say that I LOVE the prints on the skirt, and she used just the right design for it. Not to mention the wonderful craftmanship.

And talking about tween, here's one that's not only beautiful but she's also super talented. HC designer victoryskids mentioned in her auction that this set is modeled AND designed by her grand daughter.

Look at how fabulous this 2 pc set is and you would never thought that it was designed by this cute girl. I think she will have a very bright future in fashion design and I think grandma needs to get her her own ebay acct. so she can start designing her own line :). I'm sure there will be tons of people would love to buy her garments. Who knows what's hot in tween fashion than the tweens themselves.

Fashion for Tween

Market for tween fashion is booming, and it reaches in the billions of dollars. Some of designers might consider to dip in a little bit in this. I know I've thought about it. But I don't know much about what's hot in tween fashion.

Haute Couture For Kids Runway Launch

HC will be holding our 1st annual runway launch. This launch was a success last year, so we decided to do it again this year.

The launch will showcase 2008 fall/winter collections from our members. A lot of our members really did an awesome job last year and create very fashion forward designs. And that's what this launch is all about, very fashion forward and edgy.

We have tons of designers and models signed up for this year's launch, but we always have room for some more. The launch will be on August 4th - 11th, 2008.

Isn't animal prints fun? Although I LOVE animal prints, it could be really tricky to use it for children's garment. You want to capture the edgy and fun side of it, but at the same time you don't want to make it look too grown up or you don't want to make your little ones look like what my husband said "Peggy Bundy".

Here are a couple of HC designers who successfully incorporate animal prints in children's garment and accessories.

HC Modeling Contest Winner: Adelynn

When it comes to model and photographer mom team, these two is one of the bests out there. They produce amazing and beautiful pictures with pretty fast turn around time, between 2 - 5 days.

Ady, nickname from Adelynn, won Haute Couture For Kids modeling contest few weeks ago. The "I Love Animals" contest's theme couldn't be more perfect for this animal lover. This cute little model, who also loves to swim, really adore animals. In fact one of her favorite activities is to find "friendly" bug.

This beautiful model is fond of the color pink, blue, and purple, and her favorite characters are Tinkerbell and Hulk, yep you heard it right, Hulk! How cute is that!

Her mom, Brandi, and her husband owns a photo wedding photography business, and portraits on the side.

She offers clothing and accessory photography for designers, and also product photography for websites.

This Nikon D300 owner loves the creative side of the photography world, it is also her way to get her thoughts and ideas into the images. And the best part is she gets to stay home and spend a lot of time with her children while doing it.
