Accessories - Inspiration

I do believe in originality and uniqueness when it comes to custom boutique items. But I also believe that designers should also keep an eye on what's hot and popular out there, that way custom designers can still make their unique items and also make them marketable at the same time.

So here are a few children accessories carried by some major shops and department stores, hopefully they can inspire us.

HAPPY NEW YEAR! 2011 Color Trend

Happy new year! I've been neglecting this blog for a few months because of my pregnancy, the new baby, and my moving out of state. So now that I am taking a little break from sewing and designing, I finally have a little time to work on the blog again.

As children clothing designers, colors are exciting and always be a big part of our designs. So what is a better way to start the new year than to talk about what color that is going to be hot in 2011. These are the 2011 colors from Pantone, I LOVE all of them, especially the Blue Curacao. So once again, Happy New Year, I miss you all!
